- Location - Landmark has two offices, Exeter and Henley-on-Thames, all positions advertised will identify where they are based. If you are applying for a position which isn't a commutable distance from your home please state your intention/ability to relocate. - CV - Most people can summarise their career history and skills on two sides of A4, we would recommend it is no longer than 4 pages
- Career history - give details of your previous roles, if there are gaps in your employment history please identify these, explaining what you did during this time. It is also really helpful to identify reasons why you have chosen to make a career change and/or moved employers
- Dates - throughout your CV please state dd/mm/yy for your employment history
- Education - if you have studied for any qualifications please state the name of the school/college/university, attendance dates and what qualifications were gained
- Personal interests - although information on your personal interests will not be taken into account when making selection decisions, please feel free to highlight them if you would like to. We are keen to find out about each of our candidates as individuals and often talk about personal interests when we meet you
- References - we do not require references prior to interview, but do seek two references once we have made an offer of employment
- Availability - state any dates when you are not available for interview or when it may be difficult to get in contact with you as well your current notice period
- Attention to detail - check your application before you send it for spelling and formatting and state which position you are interested in

Recruitment
The recruitment process varies according to the particular requirements of the role you are applying for, but you will always be fully briefed before your meeting. The interview process may include a work-related assessment to find out more about your approach to solving problems and to give you an insight into the work you would do here.
You will have the opportunity to meet your prospective manager and a member of the Human Resources team at your interview, and you will be invited to ask us questions about Landmark and the role. We are always willing to provide detailed feedback after interviews, and we welcome your comments on your impressions of the company and the selection process itself.
