Stephen Stout BSc (Hons) (Group Managing Director)

Stephen Stout was appointed Group Managing Director of Landmark Information Group in May 2003. Stephen gained much of his information publishing and international experience with legal publisher Butterworths, part of Reed Elsevier. He became Managing Director of Butterworths Asia based in Singapore at the age of 29, at that time the youngest person in Reed to hold such a position. Stephen went on to be Managing Director of Butterworths Australia based in Sydney, before returning to London to head up Butterworths Tolley, the flagship company of the Butterworths Group. Immediately prior to Landmark, Stephen was CEO Europe for a legal expert system software company. He has considerable experience in growing, acquiring and then integrating businesses.
Richard Barnes MA (Chief Operations Officer)

Richard Barnes has been with Prodat Systems since its inception in 1994. He is responsible for the IT department and in particular the design and implementation of the software products. Previously Chief Consultant at Chimera Consulting, Richard has designed and implemented a considerable number of major projects including a major work flow system for NatWest Bank and geographical data display system for Courage Brewery.
David Callcott (Finance Director)

David Callcott was appointed Finance Director of Landmark Information Group in October 2002. David qualified as a chartered accountant in 1984 and was previously Finance Director of Ingenta PLC and before then Commercial Director at Dorling Kindersley and brings over twenty years of financial expertise to Landmark.
Chris Brackley (Landmark Solutions Managing Director)

Chris has been employed in the IT industry since 1970, working in Senior Sales and Marketing and Operational roles for several large organisations such as the Control Data Corporation, Thomson Olivetti and Siemens. Chris has always been involved with the service sector selling and managing many major contracts covering a range of services such as software development, infrastructure support, system Integration and outsourcing. During his career he has worked in the UK, Europe and the USA covering most industry sectors including Central and Local Government. Most recently he worked for Wipro the leading Indian IT services company working to build the Government sector in the UK.
David Dixon, BA (Hons) (Landmark Promap Managing Director)

David has over 20 years operational and sales experience in Business to Business information. Working for Landmark from its inception in 1995, David has played an instrumental part in developing and ensuring the innovative services and products created by Landmark have been adopted and accepted as the market leaders. David's core experience has been with our Promap and Environmental Consultant customers. March 2008 sees him take on a Managing Director role with the exciting challenge of focusing on the development of Promap and its diversification to meet the rapidly changing requirements of its customers and the continued march of new technologies in the property information sector.
James Sherwood-Rogers BA (Hons) (Landmark Legal & Financial Managing Director)

James Sherwood-Rogers has been Managing Director of Landmark Legal for 3 years. Landmark provide over a million environmental, ground stability and other property risk searches every year, and were the first provider of HIP compliant authorised searches. Prior to joining Landmark James held a range of marketing positions with DMGT, Norwich Union and Saatchi & Saatchi.
David Mole B.Eng (Hons) (Landmark Environment Managing Director)

David joined Landmark as an Account Manager in 1999 after gaining sales and consultancy experience in the Civil Engineering & Environmental industry working for TRL and Hyder Consulting. Since joining Landmark, David has been a key member of the sales team selling a variety of Landmark products & services within full range of Landmark client's. Throughout, David's core focus has been in developing the business in the environmental sector and he has steered the growth of the Envirocheck service to the current market leading online electronic information service. Appointment to Managing Director in March 2008 affords David the opportunity to diversify the Landmark business in the expanding environmental industry.
Geoff Offen (European Business Development Director)

Geoff Offen is European Business Development Director for Landmark Information Group. Formerly Assistant Chief Surveyor at British Coal, Head of Mining Reports for the Coal Authority, and working at Landmark since 1998, Geoff has been the principal person responsible for the development of the primary geographic mining and environmental information due diligence systems and services producing over 1.3 million reports each year for the residential and commercial property markets in the UK. Geoff is currently developing primary environmental and land use information systems and services for the European property markets.
Peter Schoone MA, MBA (Landmark Netherlands Managing Director)

Peter was appointed in October 2006 as Managing Director of Landmark Netherlands, the Group's first international expansion. Prior to joining Landmark, Peter held a range of senior positions with Shell and McKinsey & Company in USA, Singapore and Brazil. Peter gained much of his information publishing experience with Het Financieele Dagblad, the Netherlands' foremost financial daily.
Christopher Roper BSc (Non-Executive Director)

Christopher Roper founded the Landmark Information Group in 1995, developing the largest geographical information system (GIS) in Europe. Previously Managing Director of Longman Logotron, he led the largest firm of educational software publishers in the UK. He is one of two private sector members of the Board of the National GeoSpatial Data Framework. Recently he was elected to the Council and Management Committee of the Association for Geographical Information. A Cambridge graduate, his early career was spent as a Reuters correspondent in Africa and Latin America.
